Processing & Dispatch
All jewellery is handmade in my London studio. Most in-stock items dispatch within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces will list their production time on the product page.

Vitrix Arts ships worldwide using tracked Royal Mail services for safety and peace of mind.
UK Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over £50
- Tracked 48 service on all orders
- Delivery aim: 48 hours from dispatch
International Shipping
- Tracked shipping available worldwide
- Flat-rate shipping shown at checkout (subsidised)
- Free international shipping on orders over £150
- Delivery aims (Royal Mail International Tracked / Tracked & Signed):
- Europe: 3–5 working days
- USA & Canada: 5–7 working days
- Australia & Rest of World: 5–7 working days
Note: These are Royal Mail’s delivery aims (estimates), not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, seasonal demand, or local postal handling.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes depending on local regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.
Packaging & Care
Each piece is carefully packaged in a branded box, ready to gift. Because ceramic jewellery is handcrafted and high-fired, it is strong but not indestructible. Please handle with care:
- Avoid dropping or striking against hard surfaces
- Store separately from heavy metal jewellery
- Remove before swimming, showering, or using harsh chemicals
- Gently wipe with a soft cloth to clean
Exchanges & Repairs
We want you to love your jewellery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or repair.
We do not accept standard returns. Exchanges are available for unworn items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-exchangeable unless faulty. Repairs may be offered on damaged items for a fee, depending on the extent of the damage.
