Do you ship internationally?

Yes — Vitrix Arts ships worldwide using fully tracked Royal Mail services. For full details, please see the Shipping & Exchanges page.

How long does delivery take?

 Normal delivery times vary depending on your location. You can find current Royal Mail estimates on the Shipping & Exchanges page.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

US tarriffs are included in the price, and there will be no extra fee to receive US orders. Other international orders may incur customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

All orders are sent using tracked services for peace of mind. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact me at kyla@vitrixarts.com and I’ll help resolve it.

Do you accept returns?

I accept returns on unworn jewellery within 14 days of delivery. For full details, including how to request a return, please see the Shipping & Exchanges page.

Where is your jewellery made?

Each piece is designed and handcrafted by me, Kyla Pinkard, in London.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes — all pieces come thoughtfully packaged and ready to gift.

How fragile is ceramic jewellery?

Ceramic jewellery is surprisingly strong — each piece is made using bone china, the strongest type of ceramic, and high-fired for durability — but it isn’t indestructible. Treat it like a precious object: avoid dropping it, keep it away from abrasive surfaces, and store it safely when not worn (try not to forget you put a necklace in your back pocket and sit on it).

If a piece does break, I may be able to offer repairs or replacements depending on the piece—just contact me.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Gently wipe your piece with a soft cloth to keep it clean. Avoid hard impacts and harsh chemicals. Remove when playing contact sports, swimming or similar. With care, your piece will be a lasting talisman.
